Updated Update

Since the general public did not share the Mayor's enthusiasm, the brandnew fleet of hovercraft had to be retired... back to the ordinary water fleet <sniff>...

To save the day, more firefighting equipment was purchased ;-)

And finally - a more complete overview of the area -

That first picture with the global overview is my favorite... Everything is at the right place, very realistic

I wonder how you managed to use peg's ponds along the shore though??

Well, that's easy - all the water is pond-water,too... ;-)
Is this by any chance inspired by the Three Mile Island
Yes, at least as far as the lay of the land is concerned...

As for the 'floating' boats - yeah... I was so wrapped up in building the plant, I forgot about the missing bit of terraforming... I'll fix that when I do the rest of the tile...
What BATs/etc did you use to create it?
I used the BATs by El Burro (stex) - so there are just 5 props (Plant, 2x Outbuilding, Cooling Tower and Chimney) which I lotted absolutely basic, just a base texture and some lights... the rest is put together with a variety of IND lots, fillers and MMPs...

Folks, yes - it does look a bit like 3 Mile Island, because I built the terrain and waterways after a 3MI picture... ;-))
