Trust me, MMP are MUCH better than lots as they allow for greater flexibility and more creativity!

You can just type "tastyzots" into the cheat box (CTRL + X).

Simply by lotting it:..

 

 I have that station but I used extensively props you probably don't have (neko props)... So the version I share here might look a bit bare. That being said, the lot editor is real easy to use, you should give it a spin... Plenty of information and tutorials around for those who search.

The industrial pack you are looking for is a called, (I'm pretty sure) HerbSt industrial pack. I have it. I found it here on this thread a few weeks ago.

 

I am currently in the process of organizing my 2000 or so BATS/Mods/Lots so I will send you a link when I locate it.

 

I realize I'm not being much help, but perhaps contained within a  few clues to aid your search.

 

Also I believe the author of the item you seek is German.

Hmm, I've seen that. I think it blocks all Maxis buildings of a specific wealth. But I've heard that Dhamp's mod also blocks Maxis buildings in certain building stages. I'm not sure, but that's what I'm looking for Thanks, though.

Is it the CAM-mod you are talking about? It adds extra growth-stages at least...
