Looking for a Japanese bat of Shibuya Station from Tokyo. I found a site that has links to the download, but I get a 404 when I click it.

I don't know if he ever put his files on one of the Japanese sites, but you could check here (scroll all the way to the bottom and use the bottom "BBS" link on the left) or here. You'll probably need to go back several pages since the station was made in 2009.

The Shibuya Station was created by a Japanese creator named APTX who has since taken down his site. I don't know how much of his work he may have uploaded to other Japanese sites, but you might check this one and this one. They are common "warehouse" sites where members often upload there work. You'll probably need to go back a few pages since the station was made about 2009.

I am looking for a certain type of bus-stop. It's an "on road" bus stop, so it doesn't take up any tiles, and it has: on road bus stop, on avenue bus stop, on street bus stop, and on OWR bus stop. It also has bus stops for the diagonals as well. I downloaded this before, but lost it from my plugins and now can not find it again.

Does anyone have any idea what this building is supposed to be?

This lot grows and instantly becomes immortal, yet I can never catch it while its growing to catch the name of the lot so that I can delete it from my plugin's folder. I have had to bulldoze roads and sometimes entire city blocks(some just to gain access to the roads to plop the immortal killer) to delete this bugger. Its a 3x3 lot and I assume its a stage 8 or lower building, as it seems to stop popping up whenever I get numerous stage stage 9's to grow.

I have gone through all my landmarks to see if its a ploppable and no deal, and I tried the "plop all buildings" from the extra cheats .dll but after 30 minutes of that, the game CTD'd (I assume because I probably ran out of room on a large city tile for any other building to be plopped as the city tile was pretty much filled up).

Over on SC4D, a user named whatevermind posted "The billboards it's leaving behind on the corner lot belong to 1500 Broadway (aka Times Square Plaza http://www.1500bdwy.com/ ) in real life"

Any help would be appreciated

Glad that you brought it overhere, because if no one here finds out what this is, no one elsewhere will.

It will be even harder to recognize because it is missing the mainprop (the building itself), leaving behind only the streetwindows that we often use in the LE. But the link that shows you that it could be the 1500 Broadway, might help someone recognize it.

Wish you lotsa luck, Mike. I know these things can be a real pain in the .....something.

Yeah thats the issue. I have one more trick I am going to try, and thats to use the lotplop and plop every single 3x3 commercial building in my plugin's folder, which I figure will take about all day lol

I'm trying to up the security in my city a couple of notches, and have a couple of questions:

Do anybody know about any specific police stations that can solve the crime problem at universities? I know there is a programming oversight that only enables Maxis police stations to go no further than three tiles away from the road, so that there will be an "untouchable" spot in the middle of universities and airports that the police can't reach. It would be really nice if it actually looked decent as well.

Also, there is lots of whining regarding fire stations. I almost never have a fire in my cities, so I rarely spread expensive fire stations all over my city. However, the complainer advisor always shouts at me for not providing full coverage. So I wonder if there is any big fire stations that can cover an entire medium city tile, while not looking too shabby?

Speaking of airports, could somebody point me to the "airparks"? Those tiles functioning like airports without the horrid pollution, crime invincibility, awkward size and general unfriendliness (never mind lack of realism). I know a lot of people use them, while custom building elaborate airports in neighbouring towns. I'd like to try the same.

Thanks, I'll look into it. The amount of dependencies (more than 20 MB) is a little off-putting, though... also, it seems like one of the dependencies changes the trusty query tool.

Good evening, long time reader first time posting.

I seem to remember awhile back someone posted some ploppable fire apparatus lots. I can remember seeing an engine and hook and ladder truck and possibly a few more. I did several searches on the STEX and came up empty handed.

If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

After spending most of the day plopping lots over and over, I finally found the offending building and deleted it

Then this morning SC4Boy posted at SC4D about this being a known issue and posted a link to a thread with a cleanitall file to remove other offending lots that may cause this issue as well. My issue is solved thank god.

Frex Ceafus recently released a tornado mod that makes tornadoes in the game bigger. I haven't tried it but it has a 5-star overall rating. Just type "F5 tornado" into the ST exchange search box, and there'll only be one search result. That's it.

I don't know if it'd work for Mac, but it's worth trying.

Dear IliketheRHW, Please dont reply to a really OLD POST!!! (check the date of the item u quoted. Its from 2009 plus that thing that that person was looking for was given a link within a few pages of the post u found. Its a Japanese Bat. Its NOBs Sunken GLR.. Unfortuneately due to NOB's site being down it is unknown where u would get it. the item you linked has 2 different Transitions (Rail - subway) being as its 2 different transport types the UDI mode capabilitys becomes Null and Void. while NOB's version is full GLR and can be used in UDI mode

anyways im still looking for a pelican like the one pictured here:
