Also known as Q, mostly Burlington Route.

This is where the B in BNSF railways comes from.

Your new trains are truly awesome.I love all the liveries and passenger car variations.

I assume they will be like your  other train packs, choose one replacement and add one or several additionals.Because i clearly can`t decide between you more modern trains and these classic beauties.

Good news on that front: You can use additional cars from both in the modern style and the vintage style at the same time.

Half way with the modding by now.

Interesting color choice.Kinda reminds me of the german"Telekom", a Telekommunication company.

The last car doesn't seem to be in line with the rest of the train. Is it a little bug or because of a weird rail slope?

And that sounds good about the "additional" thing...

Think its a weird slope thing.

First a picture taken by Simcoug:

Milwaukee Road with a engine from Tennessee Central.

    Baltimore and Ohio:

    Lackawanna:

    8GvDE6w.jpg

For all three mods there are fitting engines in Volume 10:

Milw A, Milw B, BO and EL.

Ah great,i damaged another keyboard by drooling all over it...

No seriously, this looks really nice.I assume that there are a gazillion tons of complicated programming, tweaking and kicking/punching so the game won`t mix passenger cars and locomotives liveries, right?Man i really can`t imagine all this massive work that was put into this project. But i`m sure all this efford will pay of in many happy SC4 players, cool pictures from Diaries with these trains in it and many happy facfes that are doing "awwwww" and "ohhhhh" expressions like at a cool fireworks exhibition.

Sorry to hear about your keyboard. Maybe its time to get yourself cover for it. ;)

There are some modding behind this, but there is no way of controlling how the trains mixes the train cars. To bad.

At least it would be a treat to could control some aspects of it, but no.

So if you want to have to two trains from different railroads to pas each other, the only way to do that is throught Photoshop/Gimp and programs like that.

Like on this image with two Chicago Northwestern engines, where the colors has been updated:

    hn9Bs0n.jpg

Could wait for the two trains to pass each other, so zip-zip....

Been working on some extra engine fitting the colors of train cars:

    lmyrkkU.jpg
    Maine Central

.... and a train in colors to blend into the surrounding:
    c0lPbrg.jpg
Satremento Northern (a subsidiary of Western Pacific)

    inspired by this picture:
    2142374575_5b3d96bbc0.jpg
...colors you also saw on Western Pacific engines.

Quiet fitting to think that in Volume 9 had a Satremento Southern engine in colors Southern Pacific Lark.

All those trains and cars look great! Wonderful work :) I only wish there could be more steam locomotives in game ;) (yeah, I'm a sucker for steam trains...)

"Is it not cruel to let our city die by degrees, stripped of all her proud monuments, until there will be nothing left of all her history and beauty to inspire our children? If they are not inspired by the past of our city, where will they find the strength to fight for her future? Americans care about their past, but for short term gain they ignore it and tear down everything that matters. Maybe… this is the time to take a stand, to reverse the tide, so that we won't all end up in a uniform world of steel and glass boxes." - Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

You and a lot of others.

Been wrapping up the engines, correcting the models and the textures:

    RzuyGom.jpg

Time to work on the two readmes (for engines and for cars).

The readme for the cars is almost done. Just need to add the new engines to the text.

You really are the rail transit authority in terms of SC4. One model as beautiful as the other, and all that choice and variation to boot! :golly:

    Thank you all.

Have finished the two readme's and the first installer, the one of the engines.

Second one I need to figure out what the structure is going to be.

    Another teaser:

    JWNaEPw.jpg

A Texas & Pacific and a Missouri Pacific engine.

Have done both engines in the two color sets.

With some good help from Noah (noahclem), rivit, simcoug and Matt(threestooges) I got through the testing and checking the mods, installer and readmes.

    Thank you. Thank you.

    Thank you, T Wrecks.

Started working again on old project:

    pgqGiwG.jpg

Still a work in progress. The shadow at the bottom more or less mark what is almost done. Still no texture on the pantograph.

Ooooh, now that's a change of pace! Unlike your previous project, I may never use this one myself because I'm a sucker for older trains, but that's an attractive high-speed train skin if I've ever seen one. :)
