5. A competitor having competed against a particular photo from an opposition competitor cannot compete against the same photo and/or member [until after four rounds or eventual elimination of the opposition competitor's photo].

So we need a new competitor to go up against Huston's pic (won 3 of 4 round)

It's still too close.

Very pretty night lighting but there is a distinct lack of activity when I think there should be some. Not a person, or car on the street. If I were to rate it I'd give it high marks, but in my opinion Huston's pic has a slight edge.

Let me first say I love Ln X's pic, but something is just odd about the lighting.   The sunset looks amazing, but everything on the ground looks like it's in the middle of the night (when it should still be light out).  I imagine transitioning from day to night is a challenge, graphics wise, so I can understand the discrepancy, it just doesn't look right to me.
