The Hope Gin Bar is done, and the yellow bricks aren't too offensive in game:

This is now where I'm up to with the buildings on Charterhouse St.

There's a couple of really stylish buildings on St Johns St, so I'll give those a whirl and package it all up for release....

Fantastic!!! I'm really looking forward to these, there's kind of a lack of buildings with this height and style. Can't wait to see them in my city

Beautiful building! I love all the details and the Pret A Manger sign just reminded me about a never asked request. Back in the days SimGoober made urban w2w style Sainsbury's models, and we have a lot of suburban type single story shops (nowadays specially @pclark06 has made a bunch of them), but I think we really doesn't have too much really urban w2w style generic shops (stick with the British (?) brands: Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Tesco Express, M&Co, Carphone Warehouse, Istanbul Kebab - or any other middle eastern fast food/street food shop - WHSmiths, Marks&Spencer, Robert Dyas etc...), where the ground/first floors are the shops, groceries and the 2-4 floors are homes. Ok, technically in game we can not have shared Residental and Commercial zones, but does that really matter. This building with the Pret a Manger is a perfect example what I'm thinking about.

Anyhow, thank your for these lovely buildings! They are truely beautiful!

I'm well aware of Tonkso's work and well aware of the other places too. I have a pretty huge custom content collections from various sites. Tonkso's work partially cover what I was talking about, still you can not have the same buildings in every street and road... Because it is very-very realistic... :) I'm talking about variety, not to mention that Tonkso's early works are 10-12 years old now, and although I love his work, not all of them aged well...
@WolfZeWell that a pretty nice model, I mean the main Lidl building itself. Nice and modern.

L'Escargo

Corner Restaurant in Paris. Corner Rue Montorgueil / Rue Maucouseil

2x2

The building is W2W. The firewalls are decorated only with old Parisian advertising, if the building should be once separately.
And no, there are no roof tiles, the house is completely covered with sheet metal

5d190a7fcd440_LEscargo.jpg.c205e89c87849646b5116b78d9fb1f5d.jpg

Unfortunately, you can not see so many details at 2x2.
In the entrance area many small snails are attached.
Escargo = snail

An overview shows the extent of the entire airport complex, still plenty to do:
WMedXcE.png

This last image is a small request for anyone who might have some skills at creating textures as I don't.  As of right now I don't have any decent textures that mix well with the airport grass and these new taxiway roadways I've built.  I'm just looking for a base texture, the current overlays I'm using for the taxiway roads are already perfect.  And all I want that base texture to be is the same color as this light greenish color that lines the grass adjacent sections of the RMIP taxiways.  I think that color would be a good fit with both the grass and the roadway overlays I'm currently using.  Would sincerely appreciate any help here.
WWzSpZt.png

Thanks!

The overview shot is the proof that you used the matching grass texture from RIMP-2. I believe this is most likely a base texture clash with something, since I had the same problem with my (still building) airport before. But I can't remember which texture pack it was, it could be base texture from a farm mod (Edit: After a quick look at what I have, I think it's a base texture from SPAM).
