so @RRetail suggested a lumberyard to fill out this Menards so I am making a bunch of new props for it.

In addition, I am working on a modern Wendy's. I'm starting off with the Freddy's model I have and evolving it from there.

My own version of the Sun Moon Mall from SC3000.

I wanted something that was obviously Asian but would still fit in with W2W and Western style cities where older buildings are often converted to restaurants, shops and malls. It's 4x4 in a complex of 3 buildings around a series of pedestrian laneways and delivery driveways.

Plus I really liked the red billboard (yes, that's a real ad) so had to make a building just for it.

The vast reconstruction of East Vancouver continues.  Progress shown here is around the Second Avenue LRT and 3rd Avenue Greenway.

Here is where the TCH-1 (Trans-Canada Highway) dips underground to minimize its effect on the surrounding community.  The entrance/exit ramps shown here turn into collector distributor roads eventually reconnecting to the TCH-1 where it surfaces several blocks south of here.  Roundabouts were installed at 2nd Avenue to slow traffic shooting on and off the highway.

I've been a way a bit lately (my St. Louis Blues are on quite a run right now haha) but just wanted to say I love all the recent works you've released.  Obviously the Clayton Plaza adds a bit of mid-century grit to the game and the Travellodge is especially good.  I like the request from Utah as well (was it Springhill Suites?), those types of buildings really add some nice variety in the more monotonous low density areas of the game.  Which is primarily what I'm working with now, so every bit helps.

But this one that I quoted here...I LOVE.  I love the color, the curtain walls (has a bit of an international style to it I feel like, in addition to fitting in with Asian architecture).  A really nice piece all around.  Can't wait to get it in the game.

Hi everybody!

I started my development thread here on Simtropolis too, but not so much is going on so far. But I'm about to put together a post.

However I started playing with the game again. After 9 months or something like that. And I needed a 5x5 plaza...

Heretic Scrabo Tower Plaza (huge thanks for @Simmer2 who made the tower model and some of the other props on this lot)

So this city is called NoirCity - Suburbania (or Suburbiana - fun fact I always forget which name I gave it at the first place). It takes place at the North-East corner of the capitol and the last mostly w2w, urban-ish district of this megacity. The two other mostly w2w city is Counterpoint and North Harbour, also Southpoint will be a semi-w2w city tile, but that's the future and it has only one interchange so far.

1. So the two main rail line and two commuter line coming along on this image, these 4 DTR lines come across the rest of the city and also across Counterpoint and it will reach it's destination somewhere in SouthPoint in a huge 10+ tracks-ish Headstation Terminal. This is the main N-S line.

2.  The old Cetnral Station area served the main rail traffic, before the commuter lines were built and before in North Harbour the main W-E line headstation had been developed.

3. The new Central Station area with the regional bus station central and the Suburbania Main Light Rail Terminus. Now the Cross Station Central serves the main traffic in the city.

4. One of the main developpers of the new Cross Stations Central area was the Simmer Industries. Some evedince is still remaining near to the stations alongside of the main lines of their hard work. 

5. LakeView new GLR connection.

So recently I've been playing on this city tile.

A while ago I made a little pub for myself (under a different name, not suitable for sharing, lol) but the building is super quaint and should be out in other people's plugins so I renamed it to something more suitable. The 'Nag's Head' is quite a common name for English and Aussie pubs:
