The only problem I see is that the Japanese text doesn't show up in Simcity Deluxe. I click on building and get blank spaces instead of name of the buildings etc. They all seem to work fine with The US version of Simcity but for the text showing up.

The robots believe it or not are police stations! There are a couple robots in the park menu also.

Can anyone help me with this ? If you go to http://kamurai.itspy.com/bbs/lev-bbs.cgi?bid=simedit=&skin=skin/config/=/bbs/skin/config/&style=0
and type in 'safari park set' in the search it will lead to a page that has the safari park set.lzh file. I downloaded it and can't extract the files. I normally don't have any problems extracting from lzh files. Has anyone else tried downloading this file ?

Here is a new lot: the Advanced Garbage Incinerator.
SWPP_Day.jpg
The stats are:
plop 5000
bulldoze 5000
monthly cost 500
burns 5000 t
pollution 0
lot dependencies: bldgprop_vol1.dat & bldgprop_vol2.dat
It may seem a little too efficient, so if you don't like cheating, maybe you might want to avoid this lot. Download here .

I don't think we need to be overly sensitive about that. Many of us play PC games such as flight sims that feature Zeros and even planes from Nazi Germany, but that does not mean we support the policies of those governments. The presence of the Zeros on those lots is not meant to glorify the wartime Japanese government. The BAT builder is just a military aircraft and navy enthusiast, and is modeling planes and ships from the history of his country from the 1890s onward. If someone finds historical recreations offensive, then they can choose to not download those lots.

I've already tried winRar as well as several other decompression programs with no luck. I think the problem is with the file itself.

Go to http://ww6.enjoy.ne.jp/~hidemasa/file.html .The link under the first pic is the Safari Park Set.zip.  It's a good file. The .lzh archive is corrupt.

We have a new humorous lot by Kamada Captain. What's funny? Look closely:
sukerutn.jpg
Yes, it is a house with see-through walls (or no walls at all?), for exhibitionists, I suppose.
Kamada Captain says anyone can use his props as they see fit. Download here .

New lot alert. This is a recreation of Nagoya Station in Aichi prefecture, Japan.

The creator gives no other details. Download the LZH archive here .

Here is a small inn (called a penshon in Japanese, from the word pension, somehow meaning small family-run hotel) made by Daiku. It is $$, but he doesn't say if that is R$$ or C$$. Download here .

One more lot, with two variations (does anyone read this thread anymore?).
A station, by BriPizza, with two side tracks for local trains so express trains may pass through. This part is eye candy, however. You can only pass through the middle tracks with UDI, and the station works as normal. Plop 2500, Monthly 64, Capacity 6000.
SS00.jpg
And here's the same station with a perpendicular working el-train station above it. Plop 2650, Monthly 80, Capacity 6500.
SS01.jpg
When placing the el-train tracks, you must connect one end at a time. You can't run the rails through the el-train station in one try.
Everything should be transit-enabled, as far as I can tell from what the creator says.
Both stations can be downloaded at this page . Click on the links saying station in English.

Great TrainStation!

Thanks, everybody, for the support.16.gif Makes me wish I was the one making these lots, not just introducing them.
Where can I see the number of lurking visitors to this thread?

You can see the number of lurkers by clicking on the BAT Open Discussion catagory then finding this thread and it'll say posts and views. I also wanted to thank you real quick for providing links and doing all this hard work so we all can enjoy these lots. Thanks a lot!

You're welcome!
I just looked and, wow! 35,007 views in all. I'm flabberghasted.6.gif This truly is a massively gigantic thread.
You know, I'm sure that SC4 was released in Taiwan as well. If we had a Chinese speaker here who could start a thread introducing what the Taiwanese have done with the BAT, it would be a whole new experience. The game was probably released in South Korea as well.

Thanks, Dargor.35.gif
I just posted a message (in Japanese) on Sim City Force, where many of these lots were originally posted. I mentioned that this thread has over 35,000 hits, and most of the posts here consist of comments praising their BAT achievements. I thanked them for their work and apologized if I was responsible for any huge drains on their bandwidth allowances due to my announcements here. I'll let you know if I receive any comments.
