A few minutes from downtown lies this suburb. Also, that RHW is my first (in 2 years of playing!!)

I guess this is pretty much a suburb. It's a part of a few connected cities that lead towards an industrial area.

You're Aussie, right? Because this looks exactly like the inner suburbs of an Aussie city!

(I'm Melburninan, and Caulfield, Glen Huntly are coming to mind here!)

Whoa Mattb, that's awesome. I love the diagnol rail network and the houses. Where can you get those? Did you do those yourself?

Huh. I don't really have any spectacular suburbs, but they are OK.

Amazing. Simply amazing! Great suburbs, everyone!

@City2TheMax: You're aerial shot is impressive! Fantastic work. Looks extremely realistic!

@mattb325: Are you The mattb325, the creator of my all time favourite residential lots? Great pictures!

I've only had a break from SC4 and the community for about two months, but things move rapidly in here.. Clearly I have to check back more often..

Wow, that's a nice suburb you have there, wwetom1! I love those homes you used; they go well with the city! However, the sidewalk textures seem to conflict. But I guess that's Ok, because it still looks nice!

That's no conflict, but Jeronij's sidewalk mod. And the pics look great, by the way. 2.gif

yea i really dont like the way the game decides to texture sidewalks dependent on wealth and density, if even it would take an average over like 5 wealth over 5 tiles or something and then draw the sidewalk to that wealth instead of changing it every tile it would be awesome, but thats a game limitation not much we can do about it. I just use the same sidewalk texture everywhere so it doesnt do things like this
