Tower 67 Apartments

 

Not much has changed, I had to work on the floor height and then a little bit of work on the ground floor to prepare for the windows and doors for the shops on the ground floor. I have added a little more detail to the penthouse, next I need to get the water tower, rails and parapet caps for the penthouse area, then I think I can get back to the ground floor again.

Nope, doesn't look like it.

 

So far both towers look deliciously generic - just the kind of building that doesn't make a city look stupid immediately once two or three of them have grown. That, in combination with signature AG quality, makes me really looking forward to seeing them finished! Great job so far.

OMG yes.. it is a must for all the east side area, which at this point had no love until now!! IM LOVING BOTH OF THEM!!

 

Of course this one is from the west, but if you take a closer look, there some towers like this on the other side, that pop up, and are definitely higher than the regular towers around, which of course are done by you...

Montana Apartments
 
Here's another building I had my eyes on. The building is located on the Upper West side and have two towers, this should be the introduction to my two tower building for New York City.

 

The lot size should be 4x2.

These towers now have my focused attention. These high rises are what my cities already consist of (just ask around SimPeg), but I always anticipate more of them!

Btw, yes.. all of them are from west side, what I meant is, you can actually use those towers on the east side too.. cause there are some that look alike.. and fill the gaps..

Andrey km- Thank you, I think it's around eight buildings. The Beekman Hotel Tower, the three buildings from Bronx, The Helena, Tower 67 Apartments, Montana Apartments, and One Sherman Square Apartments. That is a lot of buildings. I even have one brownstone, but I'm not going to count that one yet.

The Helena

A little more work on the building, I had to get the floor and the windows right before extruding polys, I think the next render will be something like a building and not a box shaped like the building.
