Awesome again!!!! There should be a new contest out in the city journals; build your New York City! And not exactly like manhattan is, but make it your own way, just be sure to get that 'big apple' feeling!!! Your Bats are truly amazing and make an enormous contribution to Simcity! Wow!

Couple pics from your new building:

Here's another update on the Dover House, I'm sure you can see the changes I have done to the building and the things I have added. Here's a variation of the colors I may use down below. The bricks in the render are a little different, you can see the motor on them and the bricks are a little larger. If you guys want to to make the bricks smaller I can change that. :)

I very much like the subtlety of the color variations. The size of the bricks (and the question if they're too big or not) should be judged on their look in the bare areas where there are no other elements distracting the perception of the size. Imho they are a bit larger, most noticeable on the walls encompassing water towers.

Wonderful BAt..but the bricks definitely feel a little too large, especially on the darker bricks.

The bricks look a lot better now.....less "in your face" so to speak.  Great  modelling once again.

I have made it to page 50!!!!!!!!

I want to take the time to thank everyone who have posted in this thread.

First, I want to thank the member who have posted kind words to encourage me to keep batting more buildings with comments like "Great work", Love the details", and "I can wait to have this to grow in my cities", I want to thank you for those words, as I have said to a few people we do not get paid and a great why to pay us is with words that can keep us going. The batter is the engine and the fuel in the comments of encouragement.

Last but not least, I want to thank the members that have helped my though the process of my creations. I thank you for taking the time to help me with the detail changes to the building, texture arrangements, weather the texture color was not right, and even very few members the ones that have fixed the texture color for me when I had a hard time trying to get the color just right.

    Thank you everyone, Aaron Graham

    1225 Morris Avenue

Okay guys here it go again, a new building, this one is located in the Bronx baby. I have to keep the production going. :D

In the large image you can see that I have bevel to top of the building to form the parapet and I have cut line on the roof to make the roof access buildings, so next is to extrude between -1.0m to 1.5 m. after that I will need to work on the ground floor, the basement part of the building, and work on the facade designs and the best part about it, it not to intense. :)
