I have change the size of the building because in real life the building does not take the whole size of the front of the lot, what I mean is the building shares the 3x3 lot with a smaller building. In the render there some things I have worked on yet that the uvw unwraping and uwv map texture will look off and the ac units and awnings ware off a bit because I have worked on the yet.

Paul- Your right, but I was thinking I should take it easy and just model the building next to it, modeling all those building and then making variations for each one will make be the one to upload the most w2w shops sense a long time, and I have a new bat I will have to make do to an agreement.

If you decided to make them all you could always just do minor variations for the others, or even just leave them alone since the main building will be drawing most of the attention off the smaller buildings.  Either way I'm sure whatever you do will turn out great as it always does.

Here's a Tiny update on the building, not to much I have been busy again, but I'm back. I have modeled some details to the building, it look a few minutes I have fix the uvw unwrapping and I still think I will end up fixing something on the back of the building I do not like

The black things below the windows are HVAC grills, that is, part of HVAC units.At some point they began to incorporate it into buildings right from the start - before they didn't, and that's how, and why, you'd notice HVAC boxes sticking out of older buildings.

Ha, my thought exactly! When I saw that picture, I thought "What about this skinny building on a 1x2 lot? Since it would be far too naroow to fill the entire width of the lot, we could imagine that an adjacent building has been demolished and replaced by an alley/parking lot - something not too uncommon in American cities apparently.

I have been working on this model for a few hours and wanted to show an update. The modeling on this version of the building is about 60% completed.

 

What can't believe is that I'm battling the building again for the third time.
