Okay, guys here's another update on another version to my building. I have a CVS/pharmacy on the first floor, so if you need some medicine you can stop by here to get it. I still have to work on the night windows to this building.

Here's a in game view of the building I still have to export the maxis night and dark night. I think it can be a good idea to have the NYBT team to test the building to see if it will grow in the game.

As you can see in the other zoom, I just finihsed modding Darknono's building and should be ready for the public soon

Okay guys it's time for a new building, I had my eyes on this building sense November 2012, this clay render is very old months old, and now I think it's time to make this one.

Oh, very nice start! One of my favorite swaths of Park Avenue. So glad to your BATing NYC residential skyline "fillers"; a very much needed niche for the game (and those of us making recreations too)

 

Any plans on doing one of the most exclusive address in the city? 740 Park Ave? It's a big beautiful coop building, one of my favorites... even though some modern day robber barons live there.

The picture you posted back on April 3rd with Darknono's building, in addition to all of your BATs, looks so very much like the west side of Manhattan.  It really makes me want to play the game again.

 This Park Avenue building will be COOL, and pure quality. I want to see the brick and roof texture work, I can't wait
