TUGBOATS!!!    I am trying to model one but I have yet to get anything I am happy/proud of.  I have seen maybe two tugs on any sc4 site (one was a river tug and the other was modeled to small).

Why this would be beneficial for the game or community: (Bold)
The Building's style would benefit cities. The 3rd tallest building in New Orleans'. It could a beatiful building that projects any city skyline. It could possibly due to its size, a major job center. Home of a large SimCoperation. Perfect for the smallest cities to the larger ones. Its unique shape also shows unqiueness to a city. The building, even could offer parking with its large parking garage in the Real Plaza Tower. Useful big time for cities with major traffic areas.

Hi, i suggest the 

Montreal olympic village, also called ''The pyramids''

Description:

Bulid as residence for the 1976 olympics athletes, it's a huge residential complex made of 2 huge pyramid-like 23 stages buildings. The olympic village is now a important part of montreal skyline as the olympic stadium or the downtown skyscrapers.

Why this would be beneficial for the game or community:

The pyramids are a impressive and unique residential building and i'm sure they can be a really nice add to the skyline of many sc4 players

I think Shudehill Interchange in Manchester needs to be in Sim City 4.

 

I think it's necessary as there are no modern looking bus stations, which is no good if you're looking to make an accurate UK transport system as the buses go from station to station with stops in between. There is also a parking garage on top, and a tram stop to the side (I guess this could be like an optional thing, have one lot with the tram stop and one without) It will also be great as it will supply a European BAT that's not from Holland, Germany or Paris, and I'm sick of London buildings being done. SHOW MANCHESTER SOME LOVE!

I would like to request the Boley Clothing Company Building (Now houses Andrew McMeel Universal), in downtown K.C. The structure was build in 1908-09 by Louis Curtiss, and is the world's first glass curtain wall construction. The structural members are steel, and use cantilevered floors. The building was a revolution when built, and altered architecture permanently.

Hi guys, I searched but I didn't seem to be able to find anything that would do.

 

I'm here to request overhanging trees. What? Yeah, you heard right!

 

A tiny little lot (a 2X2) that would contain just random trees, with one tile overhanging.

 

Why would this be useful? Have you ever tried to build underground routes and then the only way to fill the terrain vould be "open paved/ped mall/green spots..."? Because that's my case. I think trees would look great in more suburban area.

 

And this should be a fairly simple thing to do either, i mean, rgiht?

 

This, of course, is just a suggestion: anything you have in mind to address the issue would be great.

Hello everybody, I have a big challenge for you, BATters;)

Brand new, controversial Philharmonic House from Szczecin, Poland:

As you can see, it's still under construction, but it should be done in 2014. It's criticised by Szczeciners for being too modern and looking like warehouse(does it?).

Why this would be beneficial for the game or community:

Just look at this;) This is truly unique structure that could easily become a famous landmark in your city. This could work as philharmonic, opera or any other cultural building. Nightlighting should give even more class and "wow factor".
