The Diplomatic Office has reviewed the Prince's proposal and has accepted it. To celebrate, the Bureau of Feline Affairs is dispatching a Schulminion delicacy to our canine friends - the giant cat pizza.

WOW!  The Supreme Wirdle would approve!  MANY of her Cabinet can be accomodated on those beds so she may consider those accomodations when traveling.  Meanwhile the Schulmanian Delegation will surely approve of these thoughtful and fitting rooms.  Will extra laps be available for napping felines as well?

    FreewayofFlight    Well, I don’t know about *plunged*…. Hehehe….

89James89    Thanks. Schulmania is a complicated place. Feel free to check out our other publications as well at your leisure to learn more about us.

Hester    We have all the news that’s fit to print and some that isn’t!

Benedict    Thanks. I do like making them. But not too often!

Hester    That’s exactly what Paul Harvey said….

NMUSpidey    Yep. He is not licensed by our newspaper licensers. So no Bugle here.

Lyhoko Leaci    Hmmm… not sure Nyan has landing rights there. But perhaps they could send an envoy to one of our stops?

Craig-Abcvs    A fitting photo for the state visit!

89James89    Yep… headphones are not mandatory on the plane.

Craig-Abcvs    We had to use that Muppets song in our 6th grade music program…. I remember it pretty well, despite it being like a kajillion years ago.

    89James89    Most definitely!

    89James89    Sure! Come on along!

    Hester    We aim to please.

Craig-Abcvs    I heartily endorse this event or product!

Lyhoko Leaci    Walking? The answer: very carefully!

Hester    We thought of everything. :D

89James89    come enjoy our pizza then!

    Gn_leugim    Om nom nom!

Lyhoko Leaci    I leave the ginsu work to Papa Brandon, inventor of the Mega Cat Pizza…

Benedict    Woo hoo! Cat pizza for all!

    Hester    Hungry much?

    East Tenne: The Citadel

Government offices are located throughout the capital. Many of the most significant ones are located in the Royal Quarter and the Feline Quarter. But, all of those government offices and institutions which don’t require the Supreme Wirdle’s daily oversight need somewhere to be as well. Many of them and concentrated in the fourth and fifth arrondissements. District IV is known as The Citadel, as it contains a large building which sits upon a hill just like a citadel in the times of yore. In this initial trip into the fourth district, we will see several government buildings and their environs, all centered on a lovely green square. Despite the concentration of government buildings, the area is no urban wasteland.  There are seven government clusters in the district. Today, we will see the cluster around Clark Square, which is where many educational institutions are headquartered.

The National Archives holds many original documents of the national government. Each region also has its own governmental archive.

The triangular Grove Park connects Grove Center to the governmental complex. It also houses the offices of the National Parks and a church.

There’s plenty of commerce in The Citadel

    IV-05_zps21321eda.jpg
The curved façade of the Schulmastadon Hotel beckons patrons. And of course their motto “Our prices are prehistorically low!” really appeals to their wallets. Every room is 99 purrs per night and includes a complimentary can of Fancy Feast for every meal.

Mixed use developments offer shops below and residences above

The corner building houses the offices of EG&G McMuffin, a company which does stuff too complicated for us to really understand. So we smile and nod and carry on.

    mall1_zps595341f0.jpg
Let’s stop by the mall. I want to buy something at Ossie’s Scratching Post on the second floor. Then, maybe a stop at the food court.

I would love to have a piece of that pizza and I had wondered how it was cut as well.  Glad that question was asked.

Now..the Citadel.  I have to admit that I was most intrigued by Ossie's Scratching Post.  I would love to peruse the fine offerings there.  I understand there are exclusive things not available anywhere else.

Mixed-use developments provide a burst of energy for business districts, and a sense of convenience for the residents who would occupy the upper floors.  It looks like this particular district stretches almost endlessly.  Nice!
