I placed in mty ba, and it got all messed. A warning to people, if you want it to look normal, place it in a shallow, flat b ay, if the terrain it's on is not flat, the fences get messed up, along with everything else.

Its amazing how rich in oil all my coastal cities are....

Not so good. Would prefer not to see the toxic waste site above the water. And it has to be in the most shallow water of a bay to work at all. Good idea but needs some tweaking.

The supports are now a lot higher so you can place it in deep ocean water, still have to level the terrain though.

If it isn't ploppable how do I put it anywhere?

I wonder if you can make custom transparent ground textures... it could help making it look perfect !

Mine looks nothing like your picture. It has stair step like effect on it so it is kind of an eyesoar. Other than that, if functions fine. I'll give you a 8.
