I think its really good, and it would be better if you could add a sign out front, and maybe some jobs. Still though, very nice for your first building, a 10 from me.

Dude, cant say this is so good, you got the sign going great but everything else is not soooooo great!!?!?!!!

well it's a big cube with some textures on it... not bad for a first though :) keep BATting and you'll keep improving, your second lot is proof of that.Try adding more detail to the roof and walls next time

It may be worth putting some cars and people on the lot (there's a building family for the LotCarCluster props that will randomly put groups of cars). I think you'll find the scale of the building is way off (too big). good start though.
