Lot Description

 

Not all sims live in the lap of luxury, and those who don't have to live somewhere. Enter NewBury Apartments, a low wealth housing project that houses a handful of sims. This building (of which there are two flavours) is meant to complement the larger (R ploppable) Bronsfield House that I designed.

Power used : 68, Water Used : 41

 

 

Directions: Place all files in a new folder, in the My Docs/SimCity/Plugins directory. Any .DAT files should be placed in the /Maxis/SimCity 4/Plugins file, so they can be shared with other lots. If you are asked to replace an existing file, keep which ever file is newer.

 

Dependencies: These files are necessary for this lot to function correctly. If you missing things in game (parking lots for one), you are missing something on this list. Make sure you have the most current version, as they are sometimes updated.

 

Please feel free to use these lots yourself, and edit them for your personal use if necessary. Do not redistribute these lots in any form without prior permission of the creator, or the BSC team.

There's a lot of buildings similar to this in the city close to my hometown. I'm having flashbacks.

It looks awesome. I lived in Toronto for many years too and it does look very familiar, though can't really tell which area it is in (Scarborough?) Still, I got to agree as a 5X2 or 5X5 low wealth bat, its number of residents is way way too low, especially compare to other bats of similar size. On the maxis lots of this size and height it will easily host more than 2000. Still, must give it a 10/10 for its amazing realistic details!
