it should be put into your simcity plugins folder from the zip folder which should be wherever you downloaded it to

Amazing!!!!!! These flora are so realistic. I love these. I especially love the palm trees. How did you get these to render so clearely? Btw I made a cactus pack that I will be making into flora in god mode. Would you like me to make yours into flora too? Great Job. Its a 10+
