WOW that is a really great building. I love all the details like the sign the palms and the entrance for cars. all in all just a perfect building and it will complete my coastline perfectly. 10/10 for shure

I love the building design, though I do have a few minor issues. The only thing I don't like is the window texture. Maybe tone down the clouds a bit. It would also be nice to see some more small props on the mid-building patios.

Also if you're feeling up to it try making a few different versions. I'd love to see a nice, classy Miama Pastels version of this as well as more of a desert style scheme with tan hues for the Palm Springs and Vegas areas.
