Two twisted office buildings, each on a 2x2 lot, with growable and ploppable versions of each.
The Swivel rotates 45 degrees and has 324 CO$$$ jobs.
The Spiral is nearly twice the height of the Swivel, rotates 90 degrees and has 594 CO$$$ jobs.
