Block Maxis RCI Lots 1.1.0

I am using Block ALL Maxis Buildings by DuskTrooper but found that some buildings like Coit Tower still slip through. I look forward to using you modern solution.

Hmm I see a LM3x3_CoitTower with ZoneType 15. That one isn't in my blocker yet because I believed zone type 15 is "Civic/Plopped buildings"". If it does grow, then I'll have to include it. On what zone type does it grow?

If you use CAM, this is normal since version 2.1.1 contains commercial lots based on Maxis Landmark. You must view the CAM_Building.dat file in the CAM Core File and block the additional commercial buildings.

You can add the single dat file from attached zip. It contains an exemplar patch blocker for the 9 custom RCIs in the CAM_Buildings.dat:

I've added it to v1.1. The PR reflects this change now. For the sc4pac metadata, I've decided to combine the R and C wealth levels, and also to combine CS and CO. So now there are 7 different options: 1xR, 1xC, 4xI (including Rural/farms), and the additional CAM. Personally I don't really see a use case to split the wealth types, but please go ahead and adjust the metadata if you think it does.
