Modern and lightweight version of existing Maxis blockers like @DuskTrooper's Block ALL Maxis Buildings and BSC No Maxis, based on @Null 45's Exemplar Patching.
The blockers prevent Maxis RCI lots from growing, by setting the minimum slope angle to an impossible value.
The upload contains separate blockers per zone and wealth type. Simply place the ones you want to use somewhere in your Plugins folder, because for exemplar patches the loading order doesn't matter.
The only dependency:
Credits/thanks to @Null 45, @memo, @wouanagaineand @ilive (and Claude, lol). I wouldn't have been able to parse the SimCity_1.dat DBPF without their example code.
