honestly thought it was a 2x2 given the amount of detail on it. looks amazing and a welcome addition.

Charming.  I always like seeing little 1x1 corner shops sprout up in the game, and this one will be a welcomed addition to anyone who enjoys these kinds of small-town buildings in their plug-in folders.

For future reference, the said building is a pastries shop We're All Ears in 200 Broadway St., in the main street setting of Art Deco buildings surround you, human centric urban.
