Not sure why you made two submissions - or do you just want the best mileage out of this idea? I'll serve you good then - give you another 10 (but cf my comment in the Suburbs lot)

The BAT on this one is totally different than the BAT of the Suburbs bank, hence the two submissions. I think it's justified to give each building a submission.

I think the idea is ... small bank for small cities and the big one for big cities ... I could be wrong.

This is truly what is needed, an Economic Stimulas Plan for my region. Tax hikes were too much for one city, they revolted and declared war. Needeless to say, I struck back with meteors.

The building is a little dark.. When I think "Bank" I just can't see "Brutalist" but I guess it is fitting for what the lot does..

I don't like this model, too dark and blocky. The mod is good, but i think ill stick to the suburban bank.

not bad, but the textures could use a lot of improving, check out cerulean's tutorial Random Windows, that would really help the look of the building.

I really like the building. I think there are many many buildings that are dark like this in real life, but we're just not used to seeing them in SC4. It's very common in the Midwest U.S. I also love the rooftop! And the modd is great too.

Phew, this is huge! I've never seen a bank to be that big, but how could I? Here, in Finland, average child doesn't even know, what's big in e.g. USA... I must download both banks, I think. Also if you could do a middle-sized version of these banks, it would be good. Anyway, full 10 for this!

One comment...why does it say "B.A.T." on it? It doesn't fit with the name of the building-this is Metropolitan Bank, not B.A.T. BSC Bank. Also, the textures around the windows could use refining...they are somewhat blurry. Other than that, it's a good building. Excellent roof and entrance.
