This is DuskTrooper's Skychase Bank Plaza, which is done int he postmodern style. This design blends several elements from the large flat slab side, to the massive curve to acheive a look that is beautiful from many different angles. The street level has several inviting aspects ( on the lot ) including a cafe, and awnings.

 

To use a growable, simply place the growable version, as well as the model, in your plugins folder.

 

Do the same with the Plopable.

Looks great, but no Landmark? I mean i'd never need a building with that many jobs in my cities, but i'd love it as a landmark.
