I like this building by Towerdude but couldn't find a functional lot for it so I made a R$$ grow lot     zone a high density left corner residential lot of 5 x 9 as shown in the screenshot

The unique shape of this building and lot size are awesome and will add variety to my cities!  Beautiful creation here. Thank you for sharing.
