KK Power Company Corporate HQ
Built by Kloudkicker Industries. This is a AMPS Certified Mod.

The Power Company Corporate HQ comes in two styles, right hand drive(RHD) and left hand drive(LHD). Just download the version you require, the files are labeled accordingly.
The HQ provides 2525 Co$$ jobs and is a 5x7, visually network enabled lot for automata. Comes with a LM effect of 12 over 300 tiles, and the MR is 8/300. The lot pays YOU a flat rate of $500 a month from a business deal made between the Power Company and you, the Mayor. Takes 99 years for the investment to pay for itself, then afterwards, you will be racking in the money. Construction is 86 days and is found under the landmarks menu.

This lot can be used as is and with the AMPS mod. The AMPS (Allied Municipal Power of Simtropolis) mod is underdevelopment and is in testing stages. More information can be found in the AMPS Development Thread.

Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK PCCHQ README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK PCCHQ README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugin folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing

Uninstalling:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. Then we will see if I invite you to my birthday party!

This lot was designed by me(Kloudkicker) and has been tested. Much care has been take to ensure that there are no errors, but this does not mean that errors do not exist. How can anyone ensure that when the game is not perfect itself? Use at your own risk.
