KK Power Company Central Office
Built by Kloudkicker Industries. This is a AMPS Certified Mod.
The Power Company Central Office provides the space for the electric company to do business on a larger scale. Sitting on a 5x5 lot, it has a LM effect of 5 over 300 tiles and a MR of 3/300. Pays YOU, $375 a month form business deals incentives and kickbacks. Taking 59.2 years to pay of itself, after that it's pure profit. Employs 575 Co$$ sims and found in the landmarks menu.
This lot can be used as is and with the AMPS mod. The AMPS (Allied Municipal Power of Simtropolis) mod is underdevelopment and is in testing stages. More information can be found in the AMPS Development Thread.

Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker and open folder in there labeled "KK PCCO README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK PCCO README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugin folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing
Uninstalling:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. This is a sad ending, very sad!

This lot was designed by me(Kloudkicker) and has been tested. Much care has been take to ensure that there are no errors, but this does not mean that errors do not exist. How can anyone ensure that when the game is not perfect itself? Use at your own risk.
