This The Cloth Hall (Sukiennice) was made by MRQS and originally was uploaded onto http://www.simcitypolska.pl/, which is no longer existing and this upload hasn't been available according to my best knowladge since then. Please note as part of the SimCity Polska Restoration efforts and with the permission of the Simtropolis Staff Members (Cyclone Boom, CorinaMarie and Tyberius06), this file has been uploaded on behalf of MRQS. All the works contained within this download (lots, descriptors and models) were created by MRQS. The lot file has been updated with the SC4PIM-X (x-Tool) by Tyberius06 ----------------------------------------------------------- In 1257 by location of Cracow prince Boleslaw Wstydliwy undertook to build the cloth stalls. They were almost like a lane with stalls which was closed for the night time with iron gratings. The cloth merchants were placed on the ground floor, and on the first floor small objects made of metal, clay or wood were sold. In 1300 the whole structure was covered with a roof and in this form the Cloth Hall was preserved until the first half of the 14th century. A new, bricked Cloth Hall was built by king Kazimierz III Wielki. The middle hall was 108 m long and 10 m wide. There were two rows of stalls, 18 on each side. It was covered with vaults, and from the inside opened with ogival or semicircular portals. From the southern and northern side the double, ogival arcade was built. The Gothic building was consumed by fire in 1555. The reconstruction of the Cloth Hall in the style of the Renaissance was started by master Pankracy who arched the large hall of the Cloth Hall. At that time the characteristic attic with arcade sections, the masks sculpted by Santi Gucci showing human heads (wry, deformed by suffering, supposed to symbolize any human faults) and stone loggias, designed by Giovanni Maria Padovano, were created. Cloth Hall - side view In 1601, to improve communication between the western and eastern part of the Market Square, a passing was punched in the middle of the length of the Cloth Hall. Such a move was made on the initiative of municipal councillor Joachim Ciepielowski. The next reconstruction of the Cloth Hall took place in 1875 - 1879, and it was managed by Tomasz Prylinski. All the stalls were pulled down, and the lower hall was transformed into a line of wooden trade stalls placed along the walls. The passing in the middle of the length of the Cloth Hall was decorated with breaks, on top of which masks were put showing the caricatures of the then presidents of Cracow. On the whole length of the Cloth Hall, the ogival arcades were created. No dependencies. Landmark 7x3. This Passanger Railcar Prop Set (Wagon and Wagony set 2) was made by MRQS and originally was uploaded onto http://www.simcitypolska.pl/, which is no longer existing and this upload hasn't been available according to my best knowladge since then. Please note with the permission of the Simtropolis Staff Members (Cyclone Boom and CorinaMarie), this file has been uploaded on behalf of MRQS. It was not available anymore due to the unfortunate demise of the SC4 Polska site. All the works contained within this download (lots, descriptors and models) were created by MRQS. Installation: copy/extract the "SCP" folder from the *.zip into your plugin folder. You don't need to keep the "_Documents" folder in your Plugins. To uninstall: bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the file(s) from your Plugins. LIST OF ITEMS: * Various models and props. Bear in mind, this upload doesn't contain any plopable or growable lots, these are only props used as dependencies for some lots and can be used by anybody for their own lotting projects. Originally it was uploaded in two parts: Wagon and Wagony set 2, but for the easier use I merged the two prop set into ONE. No Dependencies!!! This is a Dependency package. Have fun and enjoy! - STEX Custodian TEAM (Tyberius06, CorinaMarie, Cyclone Boom)

  4. BAT4Max v.5

I have this error with "brand" new scene with no objects (but when I create a box the error exists too) and with the loaded scenes.
  5. BAT4Max v.5

Hi, I have Max 2009, Win7. The BAT4Max v.5 installed ok but not exactly. When I try to set up rig (day, night, doesn't matter) I have an error: " Couldn't find camera "Camera Z5" ". What can be the reason of sych error? When I load a scene and try to make the preview the same error (different camera - Z2, Z4) occurs. Please help :-)
  6. Lot Editor - Help

Hi, I have a problem with LE. Trouble is with overlaying textures. I have an opened lot. It is ok, every part (building, textures and props) is on its place. But when I try to open overlaying texture which exists on this lot, I can't. LE display its numer but this litle window with textures is empty, there's nothing. When I duplicate the texture on the lot it works fine. The trouble is I can't use this textures with the other lots, because there's empty space in the overlay textures input (but the number exists). I have several (about 15) such empty spaces with numbers, no texture :-( The lots which use this textures are ok, the texture is on its place. In the game this lots are displayed ok too. Please help.

How did you do installation? What version have you been using before? quote> Hmm.. I've checked what I have installed. It *is* 2.6 'cos it has HD possibility. I don't remember how exactly I installed it, but I put the scripts into proper folder, I think. Maybe my tries with BAB made something wrong? But I installed gmax and BAT/gmax separately to use BAB... before 2.6 I used 2.5 :-)

  9. Originally posted by: SimFox So, you see now why I'm doubting the fact that this had been exported in Bat4Max 2.6 At least in normal, automated fashion. Or there may be some very specific situation still open to error. This is why it is very important to get to the bottom of it. Could you zip the Max file of the NITE export and post it as well, I really need to understand how could it happen, because , as I've said earlier this version of Bat4Max has special feature that should prevent exactly this kind of problem. Here is, meanwhile, a file I've manually fixed for you: http://rapidshare.com/files/246602801/ZNTK-0x5ad0e817_0xb9d57f74_0x30000.zipquote> Thank you very much! Now it works properly here is the night max file: http://rapidshare.com/files/246679566/ZNTK-night.zip.html Now I read once more your post and I'm not sure what Nite export file you were talking about. My english isn't too good :-( If it isn't the file you requested, please tell me which one I have to send you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The thing is it has specific routine written into it to prevent this kind of errors...quote> Yes, I'm quite sure. I have no other Bat4Max... I made some HD props and they were ok (with truenite). Troubles occured with this one. Maybe I have to re-install Bat4Max?
  11. SimFox: here is my work: http://rapidshare.com/files/246004682/ZNTK.zip.html Thank you for your time.
  12. Hi, I made a model in 3ds Max and made 2 scenes - for a day and a night. I've made several BATs using truenight and everything was ok. But now I have a trouble. The rendering of both scenes went ok. The model is the prop with lights on "true" in the Plugin Manager. In the game there's no lights. There is the "normal" night view. I used the Reader and there are the night FSH files with my lights. I don't know the FSH files are complete or not, but in the Reader I didn't see any "normal night" FSH, just with mine, rendered lights. And now I don't know where to seek the reason of the error I've got. One more thing, maybe it is important - I made my own LODs (they are the same in the day and night scenes) P.S. I use max2008 and BAT4Max 2.6

It is always *my* fault ;-( . I had two installs of BAT gmax. And, of course, one install was upgraded to HD, but second was used to render. I think I'm a dumb moron :-(. Thank you, SimFox, for your help and time, and I'm sorry to bother you with my problems with BAT. Now everything works perfect! :-)

These things are tricky as it is difficult to relly well describe all the details...quote> OK. I will send my files tomorrow. You want me to send the model to gmax (3DS) and render it? And you want me to send both files - model from max and ... model from gmax? Or you want me to send "LODs" generated by SC4 BAT? My english isn't too good so I want to be sure what I have to do.
