About This File
I present to you the three houses of the Teachers' Housing Association finished in 1921 according to a project of well-known early modernist architect Otakar Novotný. Their facades are designed in late cubist style.
A whole quarter in the Old Town was demolished at the end of the 19th century to make place for modern development, these houses are one of the last built in the area.
They are full of comfortable medium wealth appartments and let's hope they will remain residential forever, but in case you wanted to plop the houses in game I assumed they underwent an adaptation and there are offices of the Baltic America Line Company, which originally operated in the ground floor commercial space in real life.
Enjoy and contact me with any suggestions or criticism.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check the SimPrague_readme.txt to learn some important notes about the project!
IMPORTANT NOTE: SimPrague project uses a consistent 133% scale! Sorry if it doesn't fit your city.
NOTE: Sidewalk in preview is not yet available online, you will see your own sidewalk texture.
To enhance variability I made mirrored versions, so a bit unhistorically you can create a whole block of 12 of these houses (4 different lots) or any combination.
There are 4 models with slight variations in texture shades and with unique nightlighting.
Each one of them is placed on a corresponding R$$ high density lot, two lots are 2x5 (left and right corner), two lots are 5x2 (left and right corner). They will grow in the Euro Tileset.
There is also 1 ploppable lot, which can be found in the Landmark menu and functions as a landmark and offers 320 CO$$ jobs. I've made it 4x5 so you can see a plaza in front of the building.
There is only one night version, but I've tested it and it looks fine with and without SimFox Day'n'Nite Mod.
DEPENDENCIES
NOTE for beginners: Dependencies are props and other files that are useful and generally accessible online, so you don't want to include them again in any new upload.
It can be annoying the first few times you spend half an hour downloading them, but as they are so widely used by all other BATters as well, you will soon find yourself having most of them or being able to skip some.

For the ploppable version with a square I have used a great monument released recently by Barroco Hispano:

And finally Girafe trees (they are seasonal and they are the best, you want them anyway!)
