Industrial BATs are often overlooked; they aren't luxurious towers, they're workhorses. The result is that they rarely get the love they deserve from BATters, even though industrial zones are such a critical part of the game.

Simmer2 has done so much on here and SC4Devotion to fill the gap, with purposeful industrial facilities of all shapes and sizes. In this latest, a glycerol distiller, the textures on the tanks are top-notch and the lighting above the stairwells is sublime. This blends in with industrial parks and yet adds visual interest of its own. Plus, it's thoughtfully modded too!

Another very nice industrial lot by Simmer2. I feel small lots are often times overlooked. If you haven't checked out all of Simmer2 lots, do so ASAP and you'll be able to breath some fresh air into your industrial zones.
