After installing 5 different industrial buildings I suffered a massive increase in water consumption. After searching through my very large industrial area, bulldozing a building, watching the water graph, I FINALLY determined this building was the culprit. I removed it from my plugins folder.

It looks quite nice and I need all the HT I can get...However, it seems like a lot of jobs for a 3x3.

I like the 3250 jobs, but it uses way too much water

Great building but I suggest tweaking the insane water and power consumption and lower the number of jobs by a little.

Outstanding building. Water budget went through the roof however. MY LORD!!!! Outside of that, wonderful building.

3250 jobs? Without the quadrupler? ... that's a bit.... waay too much, original HT have 60 to 80, with quadrupler it normaly gets around 300 jobs in a 3x3 or 4x4, it's perfect and realistic... but with the quadrupler that willl get 13'000 jobs.. ooooook.... other than that, looks good, and it's great to see I-HT bats/lots

I downloaded this great lot some time ago. But with the 35,000 units of water demand my cities go berserk. Can you modify this?

the lot is actually great, just needed to edit some values, i sujest everyone editing the lot, use some values close to regular buildings and it works perfectly. Burlesona should update with some bugfixes

300 water is quite reasonable, 32.000 is not, 8000 value would be reasonable (700tax/month) 18000 is not, :p and there are more changes needed

This bilding is nice made but it comnsumes to much wather and you will have truble meantaning the water needet in the citys so a littel update to this one might be i order. Other wise good work keep em comming :)

Why does this building need 32.000 gallones of water and alot of power ? You need one power plant only for this buildung. Bad modding, it`s quite unusual! But the bat itselves is great, nice industrial building

Nice Building, way too many jobs, it actually kills my industry demand and overloads my roads, too unrealistic. Had to delete it sorry.
