First to reply, that is great, the game needs more tall hotels besides the Grand Hotel. You could break up that night lighting a bit.

yeah the nightlighting is from the frogface apartments i did a while ago, hence why it isnt as good as some newer BATs

A nice hotel but what if a city grows hundreds of these?? I wouldn't want to lose building variety.

You've been keeping this one under your hat, good stock tourist hotel from the Med, reminds me a misspent youth with mates in Benidorm and Loret. Nice realistic work, will blend in well with the game

Good job on the batting. I like more medium wealth buildings.

My small criticism, and it applies to many batters, is on the decision to include a building name. Your modeling is fine but I would prefer not to have the name embedded in the model. It limits the universal appeal and is odd when the building repeats.

the building itself- nearly flawless, i like it a lot, as for the name, i'm not sure whether it's spanish or italian (i think italian) it should either be LA valenciA or EL valenciO. masculine pronouns for masculine words, feminine for feminine. nice building tho, 10

I love this building, Froggy. I really like signs and lettering like this, too. I think it makes a city look a lot more realistic when buildings have signs on them.
