This building looks great, but it seems to me that you are missing the lot file for the growable building. Ill come back to rate and download this one when the growable lot appears!

Added the missing file, whoops! Also, It may be that some of my overlay textures are in PEGs texture pack. I'll confirm this later.

very nice style and I like the attention to detail. It looks fairly residential and it might look funny amongst a lot of commercial. SC 4 just needs a new zone type for residential/hotel for this type of building to be right at home in.
