DESCRIPTION

32 Old Slip, also known as One Financial Square, is a skyscraper completed in 1987 in the Financial District of New York City. This BAT was made considering a good suggestion made by __B.

There is a landmark version and a commercial version for this model.

INSTALLATION

Unzip the files from the .zip to your Plugins folder. There are four .zip files in the download area. Be aware!

32 Old Slip (MN - Landmark): this file is the Landmark version for those who do not use SimFox Day and Nite Modd.
 
32 Old Slip (MN - CO$$$): this file is the Growable version for those who do not use SimFox Day and Nite Modd.
 
32 Old Slip (DN - Landmark): this file is the Landmark version for those using SimFox Day and Nite Modd.
 
32 Old Slip (DN - CO$$$): this file is Growable version for those using SimFox Day and Nite Modd.

Thank you for your comment and rating :) . The textures quality is really not good just as the height of the building is wrong D:

32 Old Slip was the last building I did without good render configurations. After that, Jasoncw gave me some very usefull tips and the other BATs I did after this one look better. When Rio Project be done, I'll model this building again, it's already on my list for a while :P
