The Cagayan Provincial Assembly in the city of Lasmariñas, this brutalist Philippines reminescent structure is holds a provincial assembly and acts as the a regional administrations center for the greater Cagayan provincial region. The brutalist architectural style implies a largely windowless façade, which is a common style that holds true across many Philippines cities which were built during the latter half of the 20th century. This building is fictitious, but largely influenced by the Philippine brutalist styles of many administration and commercial architectures.

Installation
Unzip all contained files into your SC4 plugins folder. When organizing the files, preferably put all folders and files contained in the zip file in a common folder [labelled to said author/group/project label ie.TRP or The Random Project in this case] to avoid future confusion.

Also, though there were requests of removing the flag and front signage, I haven't been able to due to complications in retrieving the file.
