Keep a look out for GDV resort hotel branches which may pop up at wealthier areas in the city. GDV waterfront hotel's SC4 building foundation and water level matches typical SC4 waterfront buildings, and will therefore co-exist beautifully with SC4 cruise ship port, Mayflower landmark as well as your fav custom waterfront lots.
