When the city council said to major Fantozzi let's try to honor the two times "Come-Back-We-Miss-You-Award" winner SimGoober, major Fantozzi engaged the young Danish landscape designer Lotti Følsom. Her idea was to create a very peaceful place.

Major Fantozzi feels the need to make this personal note:
He was very proud that SimGoober personally came to the opening festivities of Goobers Water. The pictures shot on this occasion show him on on the park entrance at the right side. It seems a local journalist asked him even for an interview. At least major Fantozzi says so.
Me personally (to add also a note) I don't believe it was a journalist.
There is a single lot-file in this download. Simply put it in the plugin folder of your game and make sure you have all dependencies.
