FANTA1990 Presents:
An artistic assortment of recreational aircraft to paint the skies over your city with a kaleidoscope of colors. These ornate orbs of wonderment are sure to attract fairgoers from every corner of your region. The folks at Tropico 4 have taken the oldest form of untethered flight and refined it for breathtaking family fun. Since this is essentially an automata reskin, there are no dependencies and no configuration is required. Albeit a difficult decision, replace the default three tone template with one of four picturesque patterns that appeals to you most. Plop the generator lot positioned in the parks menu to assist in your selection. The files within the download are pictured from left to right in sequential order.
Tropico4_HotAirBalloon.zip - Uses HD textures, but requires Hardware Acceleration to avoid visual defects.

Fanta has taken great lengths to make his site accessible to English speaking users. However, I encourage you to exploit the automatic translation features available in browsers such as Chrome and Firefox, or one of many Add-ons for Internet Explorer. Mandatory registration will unlock Fanta's downloads and all other custom content on SimCity China. A login prompt and two verification screens may seem excessive, but are well worth it.
