This is a Urban Meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church), BASED in the Harlem, New York Meetinghouse.

Meetinghouses, also known as chapels, are used for regular weekly worship and are different from LDS Temples.
