Optus Centre is made available in the following versions:
A ploppable Functional Landmark. Lot size 3x5, Medium Wealth Commercial Office provides 2000 jobs and costs §110,000 to build, and also comes with a growable version.
Both are available in Darknite and Maxis night versions.
There are no Prop dependencies, although the Dark Nite version requires SimFox_Day_n_Nite_Modd.
Instructions:
Download either the "Darknite Model" or "Maxis Night model" (Not both). If unsure, use the Maxis Night version.
Delete either the growable or ploppable folder if you don't want both versions.
