About This File

Once a dreadful sweatshop, the substance of this building was too good and its location along one of the city's waterways too prime to just tear it down... So the old Englehardt Shirt Factory was turned into a row of lofts and apartments, favored by well-to-do young urban professionals.

14x2 residential growable for 720 R$$ (stage 5, any density or tile-set).

or

14x2 commercial landmark with 850 CS$$ jobs (more details via the in-game menu).

* Based on one of Jestarr's factory lots... :-)

DEPENDENCIES

* Englehardt Shirt Factory

Needed: jes_EnglehardtShirtFactory-0x5ad0e817_0x53ed4710_0x30000.SC4Model

* SimFox TreePack #2

* PURe Basic Pack

DEVELOPER NOTES

Add the new lots (03_Englehardt) to your PURe folder. You may opt to use both the growable and the ploppable, or just one of them.

Copy the "Needed: ...*.SC4Model" dependency to your folder PURe_Models. Store all other files in a safe place outside your Plugins.

Play the game :-)

INSTALLATION

Unzip to your Plugins.

To uninstall, bulldoze any instance of this lot in your city, then remove the files from your Plugins.

Looks great. I always liked jestarr's Englehardt Shirt Factory. I like the fact you made it Residential and Commercial.

So, the name has been changed become Englehardt apartments now ?
Great idea, I like the way you change the purpose of buildings.

Great remake of a building I always liked very much! I also like the thought behind this upload; the background story is really very credible and realistic. Needless to say, the lot design rocks as well. What else could be expected from you? ;)
