Look good from the pictures, although the nightlighting pattern looks more residential than commercial. Office tower nightlighting is usually by whole floors or blocks of floors. I'll download it and check it out ingame, see how the textures are. Thanks for uploading!

Awesome! Superb job on the modeling and texturing. What I really appreciate is that you consistently come out with some sorely needed NYBT's every month. Another wonderful skyscraper to be added to the completed New York building adaptations list!

This is a great BAT, well done :-D Some minor critique if I may, has been mentioned before, but I think this BAT deserves an update with improved dark night textures. The nightwindows should represent office floors more (whole floors or big sections lit up). Also the dark night version is too bright and stands out. It looks a bit like the whole building is illuminated.

Can this be used without dependancies? Why does it need them?
