Good looking building, very realistic, i particularly like the roof junk and the colour, nice style.

there is definitely a need for more people to "BAT" some new residential buildings. I like this one, looks good. I'll take a balcony apartment please.

OMG, the lot has tottaly took over my city, i mean it. It grows unstoppable! PLZ HELP!!!!!!!! Ive removed the lot from the plugins folder but it just keeps growing! Without the 3dmodels. What a cancer!! I'l try to reload, hasnt happened before.

Before the building, I like the way you informed the files in the zip. It helps me alot. And nice residential building!

Like Aking mentioned, it's taking over my city and doesn't even show. I'm uninstalling it now.

I will use this one in my project for Nizza, French Riviera, but I would need to know which files are growable and which files are ploppable. I give you a *nine*.
