How to Install:
1.Download The Kailus.jpg And Save It to your desktop or whenever you saved it.
2. Create A new Folder In
For XP Users they sould look in
C:\Documents And Settings\Users\(Current User Account)\My Documents\SimCity 4\Regions\(Current Region Name)\
For Vista And 7 Users They should look
C:\Users\(Current User Account)\My Documents\SimCity 4\Regions\(Current Region Name)\
3. Open The SC4 Mapper if you are on vista or 7 it will not work you should View The fix for it
On SC4Mapper Click Create Region Then Select Thhe Grayscail Image Then Click Save Region Name it and hit save.
4. Open SimCity 4 And Selct The Region That you installed.
5.Enjoy! Note: this map is created with SC4Mapper And the Grayscail image is created with Gimp.
