I love these type of Asian residentials, but it is a shame these aren't functional.

It's a residential building pack. A really nice one too.

I believe English may not be StabiliZe's first language. The description actually includes two very useful pieces if information, despite only being 5 words long. I think in this case, we'll just have to accept this upload as it is.

Down-rating a lot simply because the screenshot is not to ones personal particular taste, or does not have an eloquent description is a little shallow.

It is the quality of the BAT, and how it functions in game that is important.

I never downrated the lot. I only commented on the screenshot; in fact, I very rarely click those little star buttons up there in the corner to begin with. I do agree that people should judge things by the overall quality - if it's a BAT, rate the BAT; if it's a map, rate the playability...etc. etc.

good textures and modelling but they sit strangely on their lots. a great addition to the stex, thanks!

I really love this asian buildings!! Someone could create the residential buildings of Brasilia and put here for us. They look pretty too but they have only 6 floors
