An old BAT I did long ago that has appeared and dissappeared from the STEX is now back. As a Christmas gift from me to you!...I think... :P

I'd like to thank spa for being one of the few people to still have this BAT so that I may re-upload it. spa is also responsible for the lot this time, I believe...from what I remember...it was awhile back.

Any way, this building is the second tallest building in Alexandria, LA at 140.77 feet tall(estimated from emporis.com) and features itself as a small slanted blue glass tower. It is situated on 429 Murray St. in Downtown Alexandria. It is one of my most favorite buildings in downtown Alex(pronounced "Ellic" a nickname for Alexandria).

I know I probably had released several versions since I strived for perfection on one of my favorite buildings, so if anyone recognizes this building and has a version that they believe is newer, please let me know!

Wow, that's a nice Christmas surprise alright! IMO this is one of the best BATs you've made so far (wish you'd make more, *hint* *hint* ), and it's really good to have it back! :)

I love the combination of a low-rise part towards the front and the tower behind, and I also like the corner configuration. This is not a big or tall building by far, but it's very unique and characteristic, so it should be an asset for any town or suburb - or even an interesting little corner filler in a downtown.

Good thing spa still had it, so thanks to both of you!

Resurrected, like a phoenix from the ashes. The building design/shape is so curious and different from so many other things in-game and available on the STEX, it sets this one apart (in a good way). Glad to see it is back. One of the only ways this could be improved would be to do a different lighting scheme, rather than use the nightmapping. Hope this doesn't disappear from the STEX again...

It's a very curious looking building. I was struck by it on my lone visit to Alexandria. Very nice bat. I'm going to download it and hope I ultimately have time to build the mid-sized city it would look perfect in.

ahhhh i love it! i've always loved that building since i was a kid :) it amazes me that its so big to me in real life yet when you put it in perspective by placing it in simcity it makes it seem so small..
