I just don't get why you would do a half-done job on a SC4 bulding and put it onto ST EX.

It's a simplistic design not half-done, Also there are a lot more buildings one the STEX that are "finished" but don't look nearly as good as this. I like it thanks for sharing gc.

It's not really half done though is it, if you don't like it, don't download..or better still you could contribute to the STEX

This isn't half done, so what if it was a quickie, i release quickies sometimes too.

More over, this has pretty good textures, it's well modeled, it represents quite typical modern architecture, it doesn't have that much roof junk ,but then again, why should every single building be flush in that? Either way, negative rated comments, as such destructive comments are uncalled for, and you sir, contribute to driving away people who actually contribute useful stuff on this site, congratulations

I think it's good. Are we talking AUT as in the Auckland University of Technology? I see you have done some other New Zealand stuff. Anyway, I like it. Pity I don't have (nor particularly do I want) the day/night mod. I will download anyway. Thanks for contributing, that's the most important thing. It could go well as a residential growable perhaps? I might have a go at modding it as such...

Yeah, I took inspiration from the AUT in Aucks, but only really a bit of the facade though..it does come as a growable res lot for 400 people but please feel free to mod away.

The only probem I see is tat the plop version isn't fuctional. will deffenetly download. Not half finished at all. Looks great.

Am I the only one that thinks this building is outrageous? Not because of modeling or texturing (both are great btw), but because there are so many students up late at night! Shocking!

Yes but the buildings that look worse than this are by people who have no experience making textures for roads, buildings, ect. Mainly because it's hard to make those textures but not impossible.

I like it, it's a nice addition to any urban scene.

It seems the uploader must have pissed off somebody here before, and this somebody is not letting this go??!! To be fair, this isn't bad. In fact, it looks appropriate for a student tower, so is this R$ (probably the best looking R$ on STEX)? In any case, we need more residentials, and this one is well made.
I say keep more residentials coming, even as simple as this one. Besides, I don't think this one is half-finished, and its textures look right! You can't do anything wrong using stuff by Simfox.
