Nice! Btw, it looks like you mixed up something in your dependency list. You mention CP's prop pack vol.01 twice, but it looks like you meant CP's texture pack (which will definitely be required for the textures I see in the screenshot.

Definitely missing a dependency! The area surrounding the structure is blank. Anyone know the exact name of the texture pack? Or, better, a link to same?

Haven't downloaded it yet because i see there's a problem with prop dependencies, and it's a bit too pricy (25K for a gazebo?). Besides, it's looking very good for small towns.
